The tenderer is to deliver a (draft) guide on do’s and don’ts for the successful formulation and implementation of business plans and scaling-up strategies for ICT for Agriculture projects. This guide should be written in a manner suitable for young, starting entrepreneurs in ACP countries who may have little or no background or training in business or finance, but who have successfully demonstrated the technical viability of an innovative ICT for Agriculture project or venture and are now trying to develop a business plan for its further development.
